1. Who we are
Topo Gigio Celebration AI (topogigiocelebrationai.lol) is an independent English-language trend guide and creation gateway. It is not affiliated with the owners of Topo Gigio, any football organization, club, broadcaster or AI model provider.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for the activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.
3. Plans and billing
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every year until cancelled from billing settings. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude local taxes.
4. Generations and the queue
Creation requests may wait in a simulated queue. Queue progress, wait estimates and processing messages are illustrative and do not guarantee that a video will be generated.
5. Your content
You keep the rights you have in the photos and prompts you use, and you are responsible for making sure you have permission to use them. Do not use another person’s likeness without clear consent.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Topo Gigio Celebration AI to infringe copyright, impersonate another person, mislead viewers or break the law. Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service online, but it is provided "as is" and may change or pause features while we improve it.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the version that applies to your subscription is the one published when you subscribe.
